With taylor, my approach was to architect a "digital atelier" that meticulously guides the client through the entire bespoke process. The goal was to use technology not to replace the human touch, but to enhance it, building a system that fosters trust, ensures a perfect fit, and makes the creation of custom apparel an accessible luxury.

Leveraging Shopify's powerful customer account system and integrating advanced AI-driven measurement tools, we crafted a cutting-edge platform where clients can design their own garments with confidence. The platform is a scalable, made-to-order system designed to deliver a flawless bespoke experience.
Identifying Unique Challenges
The primary challenge in digital tailoring is fit. The platform had to overcome the client's natural hesitation to purchase a high-value, custom-fitted garment without a physical fitting. The secondary challenge was to accurately convey the texture, weight, and drape of premium fabrics through a screen.
Resolving Complex Problems
The taylor platform resolves these issues by architecting a "Confidence Funnel." We engineered an AI-Powered Measurement Guide that uses a device's camera to capture precise body measurements. A Digital Fabric Library with high-fidelity macro photography and video showcases the materials in stunning detail, while an integrated Virtual Consultation Suite allows clients to connect one-on-one with a stylist.
User-Centric Design
At the heart of the taylor platform is a commitment to a guided, reassuring user journey. Every step—from the initial measurement to the final design confirmation—is designed to be clear, simple, and confidence-inspiring.
